Nordic FITASC Sporting Championship 2015

 

Nordic FITASC Sporting Championship will be held this year in Oulu, Finland. It will be organized in co-operation with three clubs from Northern Finland. Oulun Metsästys-ja Ampumaseura, www.omas.fi, Tornion Seudun Ampujat, www.torsa.fi and Oulaisten Ampujat www.oula.fi
 

Registration and competition info


Entry fee: 150 EUR
Categories: Open, Ladies, Junior, Veteran, Super Veteran, Teams

Competition will be shot partially in Finnish Defence Forces range so we need to follow some of their rules.

We need to give a list of all foreign shooters with following details to the Finnish Defence Forces:
- Name
- Nationality
- Social security/personal identity number
- Passport number

These details will be requested in registration to event.  

Schedule

Training/registration on Thursday 16th of July, training available 12:00 - 18:00.
100 targets starting 9 am on Friday 17th of July
100 targets starting 9 am on Saturday 18th of July
Prize giving ceremony around 18:00 at shooting range. Free dinner for all shooters after shooting on Saturday, approximately 16:30 - 18:00. 

Ammunition

Both lead and also steel shots can be used. There will be ammunitions for sale at shooting range.

Prizes

In Nordic Championship competition national teams will be awarded with medals. If some category will have only one national team then team competition in those categories won't be organised. 

Juniors, Ladies, Veterans, Super Veterans top 3 shooters will be awarded.

In Open category top 6 Nordic shooters will be awarded. There is also separate High Gun Prize for all shooters including Nordic and non-Nordic shooters. 

Camping

There are few parking slots with electricity available for those who wish to camp at shooting range.
